We experienced a brief outage in the early hours of this morning due to an error that occurred after a site update. This did not impact billing cycles for our customers but it may have had impact on new subscription creations during the period for some customers. The issue was identified and corrected by 7:30 am (Pacific Daylight Time). As a result, we are setting up 24/7 phone notifications to complement our monitoring to ensure that that our system maintains the level of reliability and uptime that our business demands.
