Today, we experienced a momentary outage. During that time, the API and the hosted signup pages were unavailable for several minutes. All alert systems performed as expected and we focused on the problem immediately. We regret any service delays you may have experienced. We’re currently in the process of building out redundancy and fail-overs for all critical parts of our service in order to minimize events like this in the future.
