Cadillac’s Subscription Service Makes Luxury Accessible

Recurly’s CEO, Dan Burkhart, joined Karen Webster at PYMNTS to discuss Cadillac’s new subscription concierge service, called BOOK, and what it means for the subscription commerce space.

Dan describes Cadillac’s offering as “a convenient and aspirational experience that also enables the brand to be accessible to consumers in an entirely new way.” He also suggests that consumers may be interested in high-ticket subscriptions such as this “just for the opportunity to take advantage of a luxury experience.”
